How do I make changes or cancel my order?

Please verify your order confirmation immediately upon receipt to verify the details of your order. You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order is not in processing and has not been personalized. We strongly suggest you speak with a customer relations advisor Mon-Fri 9AM - 5PM EST at 407-718-4359 as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges. If an order is in processing, or has been personalized, no changes or cancellations may be made.

Shipping Options
Orders are shipped with USPS Standard Service will arrive within 7-10 business days of being processed. If you require rush shipping other than the regular Standard Service provided, please e-mail service@blueskycollection.com for pricing and details. Please keep in mind certain products shown will list shipping times which will vary from 2-4 weeks, due to customization or shipping location. Please check individual product pages for these items.

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on the total dollar amount of your items before taxes. For orders $1-$149.99, shipping is $7.95. For orders $150.00-$300.00, shipping is $10.95. For orders $301.00-$499.99, shipping is $14.95. For orders over $500.00, shipping is free.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship outside the U.S., U.S. Territories.
